How long is the hire period?
We offer 24-48 hour hire as standard. Want same-day collection or to hire for longer? Just let us know — we can quote that separately.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes, absolutely. Delivery, setup and next-day collection is included within 30 minutes of our base. For longer travel, additional fees apply.
What’s included in delivery & setup?
Each package includes:
– Delivery to your venue (within 30 mins of our studio)
– Full professional setup on-site
– Next-day collection (unless same-day pickup is requested - we can arrange this for a small additional fee)
We handle the heavy lifting so you can enjoy the moment.
Where are you located?
We’re based in OL5 area. We regularly travel across the North West of England. For events further afield, we’re happy to quote based on distance and time.
Do you deliver outside the Manchester area?
Yes, we do! Our standard packages include delivery, setup, and next-day collection within 30 minutes of our base. If you're further out, we can still make it happen — additional travel fees may apply, depending on distance. Just pop us a message via the enquiry form and we’ll quote everything upfront (no hidden surprises).
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like summer and the holidays. But if you’ve got a last-minute event? Still enquire — if we’ve got availability, we’ll make it work!
What is your cancellation policy?
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of your event are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate — just give us as much notice as possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — all bookings require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event to guarantee setup and delivery.
Can I mix and match different setups?
Absolutely. Just pop your vision in the enquiry form and we’ll create a custom quote based on your vibe, venue and needs.
Can I customise the colours?
Yes! We offer custom colour florals for an additional fee of £50+ depending on the package you opt for. Perfect if you want to match a theme, venue or personal vibe.
Can I book multiple packages together?
Absolutely — mix and match, babe! If you're planning a larger event or want that extra wow, you can combine our packages to suit your space and vibe. We’ll walk you through it all and help you build your dream setup, whether it’s two arches, a throne space, or the full luxe moment.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes, we offer full service styling for weddings. If you're planning a ceremony, reception, or bridal backdrop, let us know and we’ll guide you through the wedding options.
